I believe you should leave immediately unless, you have applied for status restoration before the expiration or have applied for an extension. If in case your extension or visitor record application gets rejected, you will then have a grace time of 90 days.

Restoration period is given to restore the status, failing so results in leaving the country.

Instantly unless u are not on application status which in which decision has not been made
