CanadaStudy Permit2

After completing my masters this April, I flagpoled with my family. My wife and I were granted work permits. My 7 year old daughter was issued visitor record. I was told to apply a study permit for her and I did. The same got approved, received ppr, sent passport and got it stamped as well with new trv. But return envelope did not contain new study permit. I checked portal and it has a letter of introduction for issuance at cbsa post. My question is do I need to flagpole and get the same printed at a border or just wait for one to arrive by mail. How are inland permits processed. Thanks in advance.
