The refusal reason was not enough proof to show common law partnership. They have submitted along with the stamped visa of the student: Their rental agreements for the last two years, delivery receipts for groceries and amazon in each of their names to the same address, bonafide from current working organisation stating their address and each other as emergency contact, photos through out their relationship, chat snippets signed by notary from past 2 years, proof of funds, proof of travelling together - flight tickets, bus tickets, hotel room bookings. India doesnt allow joint accounts without getting married and electricity bill is in house owners name. What are her options to prove their relationship, almost all required documents as suggested by IRCC was submitted. You
