Can't find 'Make changes to EOI' in your SINP profile? What changed

Step-by-Step

Saskatchewan Immigrant Nominee Program (SINP) Expression of Interest (EOI) profiles used to allow direct edits, but this changed at some point (system update) — only 'Cancel EOI' may now be visible instead of 'Make changes to EOI'.

  1. If you need to update your EOI profile and only see 'Cancel EOI', this reflects a platform change rather than an error on your end — direct editing was removed.

  2. To update your information, cancel your existing EOI and create a new one with the corrected details.

  3. Don't worry about losing priority by recreating your profile. SINP does not use a tiebreak rule based on how long your EOI has been active — if your score is above the current cutoff, you'll receive an Invitation to Apply (ITA) in the very next draw regardless of your EOI's age.

So recreating your EOI after a cancellation shouldn't cost you a meaningful disadvantage, as long as your score clears the cutoff in an upcoming draw.

Dos, Don'ts & Tips

  • Tip: SINP EOI profiles can no longer be directly edited — cancel and recreate instead.
  • Do: Don't hesitate to cancel and resubmit — SINP has no EOI-age tiebreak, so a fresh EOI above the cutoff still gets an ITA in the next draw.
