- It's almost always a data-entry mistake. Check and recheck every identifier: passport number, WES/ECA reference number, and IELTS TRF number. A single wrong digit flips eligibility.
- Know where the numbers live: the IELTS Test Report Form number is at the bottom-right of the IELTS result form; the ECA reference number is on the evaluation certificate itself.
- Verify proof of funds against the current requirement for your family size. In this 2022 thread ~CAD 21k for three people was considered fine, but IRCC updates the table regularly - always check the current figure.
- If everything matches and it still fails, note the exact error message - members asked for it first, because the wording points to which section is failing.
